This surgery helps improve the look of tired eyes and this procedure can be done under general or local anaesthetic. The incisions are made in the crease of the lid and fade after a period of time to become less noticeable. The incisions for the lower lids are done on the crease of the lash line to minimise a noticeable scar line, again this will fade over a period of time.
